Up for grabs is a stunning pair of Eltax Millennium 400 speakers. I have had these speakers a few years & they have given me plenty of enjoyment. The build quality is lovely & the sound quality fantastic, they really can deliver the highs, mids & pounding lows with ease ! The have their original isolation spikes & are in excellent condition. I separated the 2 bottom 8 inch drivers in these speakers by adding a another set of speaker terminals. This allows you to use a 2 or 4 channel amp on them or as I did use them as both Front speakers & subwoofer for a surround system. This worked fantastically well for me. It meant I did not have to have an ugly sub hanging around but still had the bass needed to back up movies effects. I have never hammered these speakers, always used them way under their massive 400 watt per channel maximum. I have used a stock photo as I cannot seem to load the photo I have on to the website. Up for grabs is a stunning pair of Eltax Millennium 400 speakers. I have had these speakers a few years & they have given me plenty of enjoyment. The build quality is lovely & the sound quality fantastic, they really can deliver the highs, mids & pounding lows with ease ! The have their original isolation spikes & are in excellent condition. I separated the 2 bottom 8 inch drivers in these speakers by adding a another set of speaker terminals. This allows you to use a 2 or 4 channel amp on them or as I did use them as both Front speakers & subwoofer for a surround system. This worked fantastically well for me. It meant I did not have to have an ugly sub hanging around but still had the bass needed to back up movies effects. I have never hammered these speakers, always used them way under their massive 400 watt per channel maximum. I have used a stock photo as I cannot seem to load the photo I have on to the website. They are identical to the ones in the photo & in excellent condition. Please note I cannot find their front covers so sold without them at the moment (I never used them, these speakers are so good looking I never wanted to cover them up !) 75 Or sensible offers. This is an excellent solid turntable is fully working and ready to take your preferred arm. It will be supplied without a tonearm. The RD80 has a good quality motor and substantial main bearing and platter. I believe that the included tonearm board was originally fitted with a Linn Basik arm but be prepared to change this to take your preferred tonearm. The motor bearings have been lubricated and the main turntable bearing will have fresh oil. The plinth and all working parts are in good condition and the wood has some minor imperfections but only visible if you look closely. The plastic cover has two cracks in the rear near the hinges. These have been repaired. There are light scratches to the top. The hinges are working fine. There is plenty of information about these on the web, including how to improve the rigidity of the plinth and chassis. As it is, this is a fine turntable but it can really perform with sensible modifications. The first thing to improve would be to replace or reenforce and dampen the bottom cover.
